I am again sharing a good read from Men’s Health magazine that I got from Brooks Run actually it’s a back issue already (January 2011) that say’s “A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition formulated this ideal day of drinking to optimize your nutrients and cut disease risks.

8 Cups of tea to stock up on anti-oxidants

2 Glasses of milk for a calcium boost

13 Glasses of water for perfect hydration

1 Can of soft drink for energy, but just One (1).

2 Glasses of orange juice for vitamins
