Running: Warming Up

I stopped running because of ankle injury I got playing hoops a month ago. I could tell that all of my sport activities are all stopped, I can’t dance with just one leg, I can’t run, can’t climb or hike or even lazy to walk because of the bad ankle injury.

Now that I am 99% recovered from the said injury, I’m back to zero (0) and a better way to start again is to do the workout routine on the video above and get back on track. I may start running for shorter distances again until I am fully recovered and have my first marathon run in the future but not with this condition, I still have little trauma. Hope you’ll learn from this video and learn the basics of warming up before running as some say it helps prevents injury.
