After putting running firmly back on the map, Rio Dela Cruz or “Coach Rio” as he is more popularly known, is again taking our running experience to a higher level. Born from the deep desire to give professionals, veteran racers, and enthusiast runners a “one-stop” shop for everything a runner would ever want and need, Coach Rio came up with the idea for Riovana, a running specialty store like no other.

Catering to all types of runners, Riovana is a combination of high-tech retail store carrying the latest in running gears, shoes, and apparels; and a lifestyle hub, with facilities where members can hang out (in the lounge area) and freshen up after a good run or before and after a racing event through the available lockers and shower rooms.

Riovana is a combination of the founder’s name (RIO) the undisputed icon in the running scene today and the word nir(VANA) which connotes freedom and enlightenment. Our tagline: “The Sole of Running” is a play of words firmly embodying our vision as the heart and soul of running as a sport and lifestyle.

Visit the Riovana concept store located in the BGC or Bonifacio Global City (Ground Zero for most major racing events today) and you will soon see what makes this place unique among the rest. In line with Coach Rio’s vision of helping each runner achieve his/her own running nirvana, visitors and members can expect to see the latest shoes, gears, and apparels catering to each and every type of runner.

You’ll find a wide array of running footwear, accessories, apparels, and devices from popular brands such as Adidas, Asics, Mizuno, New Balane, Oakley, Garmin, Rudy Project, Zoot, Timex (and soon Nike). We also carry other products like Energy Gels and Power bars.

Another in-store highlight is the 3-camera Gait Analysis setup, a method for checking the posture and movement of an individual to determine the right type of running shoes for him/her. This is free of charge so anyone can find out, with the help of our friendly gait analyst, which shoe works best for him/her, based on their foot type, fitness level, and reasons for buying.
