Haribon Foundation’s Buhay Punlaan Opens to Volunteers!

At Haribon like to start our forests young. Even the largest Narra and Lauan trees start out as mere seedlings you can hold in the palm of your hand.

This coming August 11, 2012, Saturday, the Haribon Foundation Buhay Punlaan will be open to volunteers to try out wildling collection, potting, watering, bagging, and other activities. The half-day event will be spent making a video to demonstrate these activities and will serve as a guide for future volunteers.

The activities will begin at 7:30AM at Buhay Punlaan, Caliraya, Laguna and will finish at noon. This is open to kids, teenagers, parents, and members of all ages. All volunteers should provide their own transportation, water, and food.
